Your survey responses are processed by an AI system to analyse the data and generate your personalised AI Readiness Report. The AI system does not store your individual personal data beyond the immediate processing required to generate your report. We do not use your personal data to train publicly accessible AI models without your explicit and separate consent.
6. Data Retention
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
Specifically:
- Your name, email, company name, and role will be retained until you request deletion after sending your report, to allow for follow-up or support.
- Your survey responses, linked to your personal data, will be retained until you request deletion after report generation.
- Aggregated and anonymised survey data, which cannot identify you, may be retained indefinitely for statistical and service improvement purposes.
7. Data Security
